I'll break down what mindfulness and mindfulness meditation are about and what they're not including the 3 Anchor Points of practicing mindfulness.


THE KEY FOUNDATIONS OF MINDFULNESS PRACTICE

You will discover about the repeating cycle of mindfulness and how to guide your attention back to what is in front of you when your mind begins to wander. These new, more systematic, and loving ways will help you become familiar with the field of your own body, mind, and heart so you can release stress, calm your mind, and enjoy your life.


HOW TO EASILY APPLY MINDFULNESS IN YOUR LIFE IN LESS THAN 15 MIN A DAY

You will learn the key skills you need to widen your attention and expand your awareness and how to make your mindfulness practice a habit in LESS than 15 min a day. I'll also cover the common meditation obstacles and how to overcome them.


PERFORM 2 PRACTICAL EXERCISES WITH ME

Mindfulness is something that requires practice to be understood. So, you're NOT going to listen to a bunch of information. We're going to perform some exercises, and you'll be able to practice with me, plus receive some tips and resources to continue your practice if you choose to do so.

Why I teach mindfulness?

Hey, I’m Peppa, and I’m a mindfulness and holistic wellness coach.

In 2019, I started exploring holistic practices like meditation, mindfulness, yoga, and breath work while working on reconnecting with myself and trying to deal with decreased energy and several health issues due to perimenopause hormonal changes. Cultivating mindful self-care rituals and empowering holistic practices into my everyday life has undoubtedly been the best way to rediscover my inner strength and wisdom and experience life with joy and excitement.

Now, after taking my personal and entrepreneurial journey into the next chapter, I help women bring their bodies, minds, and energy into full alignment and embrace midlife with grace and joy. And really, to experience all that, I genuinely believe that to live in synchronicity, you first must master the art of present-moment awareness–which mindfulness and holistic wellness are all about.

When I’m not in the deep with practicing the wisdom of yoga, pranayama, and mindfulness or working on empowering adventure for my clients, you’ll probably find me exploring nature’s tranquility, taking notes with ideas for my next unfolded recipe, and appreciating aliveness.

During the Workshop, I will perform 2 short mindfulness exercises, so you will have a heads-on experience that will support your daily practice. You'll also receive tips and resources to continue your practice.

  • You can access the materials in your members' area for as long as the Mindfulness Workshop Experience is available online. If any downloadable resources are included in the Experience, you can print them out, put them in a folder of your choice and have them handy for your personal use.
